Hi,

My name is Claire.  I have a beutiful two year old daughter.  I just left her father, who had a drinking and drug problem.  We never married but were together for 10 years.  I moved to San Francisco where my mother was staying on vacation.  She has helped me alot and thanx to her friends we've had a place to stay for the last 3 months.  It has been really hard to find work since I don't have anyone to look after my daughter, my mother works and I don't have any money to get her into daycare.  Her dad has given me $200 in the last 4 months.  I finally got Medi-cal but now the government is trying to get a hold of him and he's not wanting to deal with them since he has two other children and is working under the table.  I love his other children and his exwife and I are good friends.  He's getting his life back on track and is going to AA, so I don't want to destroy him.  I am going to be homeless very soon and my mother can't help me for long.  I need to find resources in the San Francisco area.  Things like free daycare, housing in exchange for babysitting, anything that doesn't rquire the government to need to contact my daughters father.
